Who we are

Reload Fitness Food Co. is responsible for the personal information you give us through this website. You can reach us through our contact form.

What we collect

When you order: your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, what you ordered and any notes or allergy information you give us. When you contact us or enquire about coaching: the details you put in the form. If you sign up for our menu emails: your email address.

Why we use it

To make and deliver your order, to contact you about it, to answer your messages, to send menu emails if you asked for them, and to keep the records the law requires.

Who we share it with

Only the people and services who help us run the business: our delivery drivers, the company that hosts this website, our email provider and, when you pay online, our payment provider. We never sell your information.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for six years for tax purposes. Messages and enquiries are kept for up to 12 months. Menu email sign-ups are kept until you unsubscribe.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep your basket and account working. Analytics cookies are only used if you agree to them, and you can change your choice at any time with the cookie settings link.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
